JUNIOR GOLFMARK AWARD

Lee Park Golf Club has been awarded accreditation of the EGU/ELGA Junior GolfMark and Sport England ClubMark awards in recognition of the Club's performance and commitment to junior golf. The award shows that the club has met with the national standards required by the EGU/ELGA as regards to Coaching and Playing, Club Environment, Child Protection & Duty of Care, demonstrating the club's belief in the value of golf as a positive and beneficial experience for young people. The Club is the first on Merseyside to receive this award.

Junior golf is of course the future of our club. We are pro-active in bringing junior golfers to our club from around the local community. Strong links have been formed with local schools and municipal clubs.

We believe that Lee Park Golf Club provides an ideal grounding for any junior. It is our aim to give all of our junior members every encouragement, not just in the game of golf, but also in how best to behave and conduct themselves in general.
