Lee Park Golf Club has some of the best practice facilities you are likely to find anywhere on Merseyside. The practice area consists of several sections, each allowing you to concentrate on a different part of your game. Just in front of the Clubhouse is a putting green. The green also has a chipping mat which is ideal for fine-tuning your short game. Our ground staff keep these facilities in top condition all year round which is one of the reasons they are so popular. We are also the only local club to have an all-weather practice bay on the grounds. This unique feature allows golfers to practice their irons throughout the year whatever the weather conditions. The bay is completely covered and so can be used in a variety of weather conditions. Our Club Professional also utilises this three-bay area to give lessons and video your swing for later analysis. Our practice bay was fully funded by a grant from Sport England and officially opened by our local MP Maria Eagle in 2007. On the practice area there is also a chipping green surrounded by two bunkers to hone your short game. Finally, we also have two driving nets alongside the practice area should you want to practice your long game.
